Need help/advice again, please?

Hi again!

Every once in a while my BitDefender tells me it has picked up the following: Adware Comet.BA - but that my machine has not been affected.

C:\system volume information\-restore
{8d290bb5-e59c-462b-a0ee-e8949a1e4344} rp355\a0133134.dll

I can't find any info on this malware or virus - whichever - and yet, when I do a full system AV scan, it comes up clean every time.

I also run Windows Defender, SuperAntiSpyware as well as AdAware scans - still nothing, so I'm really in the dark about this one.

I'm taking a wild guess that it has something to do with my system restore? If so, how do I get rid of it, or if it isn't doing any harm, do I just leave it?

Any ideas, please?

Just called in to say thanks for the help/advice to get rid of this Adware bug in my Restore system. It has been disposed of - hopefully never to return!!
