Need Help Again

    I am working with windows 7 internet explorer 11 and cannot get anything to download. I have tried resetting and restarting with no luck. I recently wiped this PC and reinstalled the operating system . It was OK then started getting slow and now will not download any file from the internet. Searches and browses ok slow to load pages most of that is our slow service. Is there a simple fix ? Tried the winfix feature on my Iobit asc and it didn't change anything.

    How did you wipe the system???

    Did you wipe it through the Windows install Cd or another way???

    Did you install all the Drivers needed???

    Did you install all the Windows 7 updates???

    Did you use 32 bit windows 7 or 64 bit windows 7???
