Need Help ASAP...Much Appreciated in Advance

I've got some sort of wicked shit brewing on my computer, the windows firewall has identified the following...

-trojan.win32.agent.dcc
-net-worm.win32.mytob.t
-rootkit.win32.agent.pp
-net-worm.win32.dipnet.d
-email-worm.win32.netsky.q
-virus.win32.gpcode.ak
-virus.win32.hala.a
-backdoor.win32.agent.ich
-trojan-downloader.js.multi.ca
-backdoor.win32.kbot.al

i ran a scan using avg, however the items quarantined did not run the os properly, so i went ahead and attempted to reinstall the os, the setup starts fine, but when the setup restarts the computer, it goes to a command screen instead of continuing with the setup, ive been trying numerous ways to try and fix the infections, however some programs will not run due to the infections such as...malwarebytes, combofix, spybot search and destroy, spyware doctor

any logs you need....i will be willing to provide

ive just ran an fixiedef on this computer....after running i created a new user account.....restarted the computer and got a blue screen stating there was a problem detected, shutdown to prevent damage, sessions5_initialization_failed.........and it continuously runs in loops rebooting..cant start it in safemode and last known good configuration does nothing for this problem.....am i ****ed?? do i need to just toss this shit in the garbage? someone help plz

ps...on the os reinstallation, the command script page doesnt let me enter text, its just a black screen with a white blinking underscore
