    I need some assistance to stop the 'pop-ups'. It came out once i connected to the Internet. I tried the Pop-up blocker but it did not solve the problem.
    In addition, I have wanted to change the IE's home page but the settings are somehow 'locked' and i couldn't change it. Sometimes the home page changed itself, like "http:///" or in html codes.

    I had booted the system in safe mode once and made the changes for home page. It worked but as soon as i booted in normal mode and opened IE, the home page was changed again.

    The pop-up is like

    The path' >Click here to enter </a>.
    </body>
    </noframes>
    </html>' does not exist or is not a directory.

    It had came out a lot of times and i cldn't stop it. Even though i closed them as a group, they still appear right away.

    I had installed the Norton 2007 version software and made a system scan. But it didn't stop the pop-ups either.

    I downloaded the Hijack This and i have the hijackerthis.log after i did the system scan. I deleted some like the way the post in http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=60868 says.
    But i still don't know which i would still have to delete. So i posted my hijackerthis.log so you guys can give me some advice and help. Thank you in advance.

    Edit: removed inline and half of a full Hijackthis log.

    Welcome to Majorgeeks!

    To fully find and remove any malware on your PC, the below is needed to be run in the order laid out, then attach all the logs requested and one of the malware experts will assist you.

    Our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.
    • Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support
    • Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.
    • Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
    • After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
    Downloading, Installing, and Running HijackThis

    Make sure you also rename HijackThis.exe as suggested in the procedures. Use analyse.exe for the new name. This is very important due to some new infections going around.

    • When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too:
      • CounterSpy
      • AVG Antispyware log - ONLY IF NEEDED you were not able to run CounterSpy
      • Bitdefender - from step 6
      • Panda Scan - from step 6
      • runkeys.txt - the log from GetRunKey.bat
      • newfiles.txt - the log from ShowNew.bat
      • HijackThis
    NOTE: You can only attach 3 files in a single message so it will require that you use two messages to attach all of these logs!
