Need Help Cleaning - -

I had opened a Thread because I have a computer that my kids have been on in the past that they added and deleated programs - - the wrong way - highlight / delete, instead of using the remove program funtion in control panel. They advised me to follow the XP Cleaning Procedures.

One of the issues of concern I have is that a tJoinConfirm.exe showed up on my desktop. I don't know how it got there and I don't want to execute if I don't know what it is for. I have tried deleting it, but it won't allow me to - - claims another program or application is using the program. I tried starting in SAFE mode and still had the same issue.

I ran SUPERAntiSpyware - MGtools and have attached the logs. I did not run combofix.exe and RootRepeal because I believe I am running a 64 bit version of Windows - Microsoft Windows XP - Professional - Version 2002 - Service Pack 3.

I tried running Malwarebytes Anti-Malware- however, I received an error while running it "Error code: 721 (0, 5). When I hit OK to get past the error, it just kept coming up. This happened after it had scanned 25383 objects and found 0 infections.

Please advise.
