Need help clipping 1minute of video from mpeg

Hey, i've got a video i'd like to take just 1 minute out of to send to a friend and show him... coz the file is like 4GB... could anyone please suggest the easiest way to do this please?
P.S. No Big Downloads Please. As i'm currently capped and get like 4kb downloads...

 

Try Zipping the file ! and then try using win RAR and re-zip the already zipped file ??????

yeah, but you just need to cut it down by a minute so zip and rar would help i guess ... just a work around, i havent tried it though !!!!!

Nup, that's what i'm looking for... that's why I also stated no large dl's... hoping to find like a 5-20mb shareware or freeware program

 

If you have XP, you should be able to use Windows Movie maker
