Need Help, Computer Problems

Ok well thisi isnt computer problems for me its for my friend and she says this is whats going on, and from what i herd i cannot fix it myself ! So i know you guyz always cure my problems so maybe u can cure hers! Ok she says she was roadrunner internet like i, and sometimes as ppl with rr would know it goes offline, just for no reason.... well hers did that and then it came back up and her modem is on with all the green lights and the data light is flashing. BUT her internet isnt workign nor email, nor aim nor anything online! She said she called timewarner cable and went to customer servcice for RR (and what fun i bet that was!) and asked them what was going on... they made her do the ole' rutien "go to run "cmd", then type ipconfig and all that! and then his response (the customer service rep) was i cannot fix it, it's sometihng wrong with your computer, goodbye, and she was like wtf! so she asked me and know im asking you THX SO MUCH IN ADVANCE! to anyone who atempts my problem! plz help!

 

I don't normally post this as a first shot but because the problem is difficult to diagnose without sitting at the machine myself, have her try this
