Need help deleting Zlob.DNSchanger

Unfornunately, the Read & run me did not work. I have this trojan called zlob.dnschanger and I can not remove it with my spybot or my Malwarebytes anti malware. It keeps coming back. This trojan is causing me to have ads about vimax pills on every website i go to. It is also causing me to have some pop ups when i go to regular sites. My Superantispyware, ad-aware se pro, and my avira antivir does not detect this. So can anyone please help me.
