Need help/direction with these log files...

I have just completed the steps again for the "READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support..." and was wondering if you guys could take a look at these log files and tell me what I can do to fix my problems.

I have random pop-ups in IE (I use FireFox religiously so this seems weird to me) when navigating in My Computer and if I have to run IE for some reason (BDScan & Panda ActiveScan being the most recent reason) I get the pop-ups for sure. I've taken note of some of these pop-ups being from Sysprotect and WinAnti Virus but I don't know if the rest were caused by these as well or if they were different.

Also, my computer takes a good while to start up, although it has gotten drastically better in the last few hours, but still seems to be taking more time than normal. I've altered my startup processes to the minimum that I can see...but I'm wondering if there is stuff starting up in the background that I am unaware of or something else to that affect that could be delaying my startup time.
