NEED Help disc clean up issue

Im running windows xp and trying to do a disc cleanup. I have 1,555.000 compressed old files that I cant remove. I have tried many times. I also tried to defrag first. Is there another way to remove them.

 

Make sure you are using the Cleanup! program I recommend.
There are other programs with a similar name.

I have used this program for years with no probs. I also run CCleaner every day also. Cleanup! finds stuff that CCleaner misses, and vice versa.
