Need help fast. motherboard only supports SATA 1.5 will this work?

    Yes. SATA2 3.0 drives will run fine on SATA 1.5 controllers, but the transfer rate will be 1.5 max due to the limitation of the controller. In all honesty, I doubt you'd notice a difference in speed anyway....
