Need help for remove malware

    Already installed SpyBot S&D, Malwarebytes, and SuperantiSpyware
    Also scanned with McAfee

    Scanning perform, Thread detected and deleted
    Com restarted

    Rescan again, thread detected again

    and yet.. i still recieving
