need help for XP mmcndmgr.dll

I had just installed XP service Pack 3 when my wireless router broke. When I got a new router I could no longer maintain my wireless connection. Windows Zero Configuration kept stopping, and if I clicked to restart I got this message :

error in line 1 character 1 of script on this page:
res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\mmcndmgr.dll/views.htm

I could click "refresh" and then "start" and it would work for a while but would quit again.

How can I get a new copy of mmcndmgr.dll? I am afraid of the "free download" sites on the web. Can I get this direct from Microsoft? THANKS for any help!

Additionally, put your windows disc in the drive and go to start / run / and type:
sfc /scannow

If none of that works, try using Dial a Fix
