Need Help - I'm a computer idiot!

I have a bunch of Trojan's on my computer, I think it is in Win32 that my Winpatrol startup program detected for which I said no to the start up because I think it is a virus - wvUonFwt.dll Other viruses my computer has identified are trojan horse downloader .agent.apjz, .agdp, .aoco, .apjz, Vundo.dw, generic8.NHF, .PHM I have been running AVG and putting it into a virus vault but it hasn't mattered, they are still not gone. What should I do ? I do not know anything about computer's so I have no idea.

Need Serious Help

I am trying to run the Malware Removal and following all of the steps by trying to download the registry cleaner, spy bot, etc. but the only site I am taken to in order to download these things is the registry cleaner. I don't know how to get to any of the other steps in order to attempt to remove the trojan horses myself. Please help me!

You are not clicking on the download links for the programs. You are clicking on an adervistement link on the page.

For example on the CCleaner page you will see the below (double click the thumbnail to enlarge it, then click the X at the top right of the image to close the view of the thumbnail).

The links given under the http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/DOWNLOADS.gif icon are the download links which is why they are labled Downloads. This is the same for all software you need to download. Other links are advertisements.
