Need help in getting a few Malware!!

(I meant "Need help in getting RID of a few Malware... sorry) First of all, I will preface by saying that I am not very good with dealing with Malware... so I'm hoping I find some help here!

I have Windows Vista Home Basic.

These are the things going on:
1. I get a pop-up at the bottom right of my screen accompanied by a yellow caution sign saying "You're computer is infected with spyware"

2. I get a pop-up saying that there is a security system warning with the file name C:/WINDOWS/wml.exe and a threat called Abebot.

3. I get a pop-up saying something about having Trojandownloader.xs

4. I get a pop-up saying "Warning: Your computer may have critical errors in Windows registry and file system!" and the window indicates it's coming from System Integrity Scan Wizard

5. Above the tab section of my Windows Explorer I have 4 tabs that show up directing me to rogue sites for spyware, and when I right-click there is an option to uncheck it so it doesn't show up, and it's labeled as "stfngdvw"


I have Spyware Doctor that I have run and it has removed some detected stuff, but I ran it last night (a full scan) and it detected nothing. I also ran my McAfee scan last night and it also detected nothing. I'm still getting these pop-ups, so I know that there's something going on.

What do i do?!?! AHHHH!
