Need help knowing what do delete after running highjack this.

I've been having issues with two errors popping up and freezing my computer. One is a Dr. Watson Postmortem Debugger has encountered a problem and needs to close. And another Internet Explorer as encountered a problem and needs to close. So I know what Internet Explorer is but I do not use it as my default browser. I use Mozilla. And I have no idea what the other is and why its popping up. I googled the Dr. Watson and was directed to Majorgeeks to download Highjack This. I did that I have a log of the scan. Now I just need to find out what I should delete. I tried to attach the log file but it won't let me so I have copied and pasted it . Please help
