Need Help: No Signal From Pc To Lg Uf7300

I'm trying to set up a cloned dual monitor display on windows 10 pro and I am having difficulties. The PC is a Dell Optiplex 780 with 2 GB Ram and an evga geforce 210 video card. The PC monitor has a dvi connection. I got it to work initially by cloning the primary display with the video card's command center, but upon shutdown and restart it no longer works.

So I tried to just get one monitor to work first, namely the LG UF7300. It is connected to the HDMI port. It works with no problem, but when the monitor powers down automatically on sleeping, it doesn't wake up again when I power it back on. It continues to display 'no signal' even when the PC has awaken with mouse or keypad input. The LG is the only monitor connected via the HDMI port. I intend to connect the PC monitor via the DVI connector to set up the dual display.
