Need help on step 4 of read and run me first.

    New Windows 7 user could use help. I'm on trial version of KIS2010, and want to purchase license, but I may have a PDM keylogger. Now working on making sure the system is clean before entering personal info/credit card number. I'm stuck at how to perform the msconfig step.
