need help, please analyse this log

Hi

This is my first post here, and the reason is I am trying to remove what I think is a regenerating worm from my system.

I have run several anti virus software all of which report no threats.
I am not 100% sure this is accurate so I have attached my hijack this log.

It would be great if someone with the knowledge could please tell me what the log shows

Also any advice in the case of infection would be greatly appreciated.

btw this is the only forum I'm posting my log in.
