Need HELP!! Please review my settings and issues.....

I have prepared an excel workbook which has my current issues explained as well as some screen shots from my system. I would like to send the excel sheet to someone individually or to a private address as it could contain info that might need to be left private(? not sure).
I was trying to re-load my web cam that suddenly stopped working when I got an error stating something about an "installer" and an "iKernel" issue. I researched the issue online and was able to change some settings in my Services, then went to change my DCOM settings via start>run>dcomsonfg but was unable to do so for some "odd" reason. This led me to dig further into my system to see what I could find and I'm not sure at this point I have accomplished much other than create more questions, but I am curious so please take a look. I did find "boat load" of system errors, and security issues listed in the security, system logs. I would like someone to tell me if this is normal or how to correct some of these issues.
