    Ok, so I ran all procedures. This is my boyfriend's pc which he apparently let just anybody use to download on limewire and look at porn no doubt. Nothing wrong with porn but I'm sure he learned how to do it the right way. hehe At first there was no control panel option on start menu, and I couldn't access add/remove programs from my computer. after the scans this problem was fixed but now I am unable to access certain websites that have to do with anti-virus software such as Mcafee and Norton so I feel like there is still an issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know you guys are probably busy. It's not like the pc can't function but something doesn't seem right. Oh and also I am not able to click on links on certain websites, i.e. on MG I had to right-click and open on new tab with most of the links. Thanks in advance for any help!

    The only major problem I see is that you are running multiple anti-virus programs. You need to uninstall either AVG or Norton ( as both are potentially confiicting with each other and both are resource hogs).

    Also Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune. This program does not require an installation. The executable actually runs the program.

    NOTE: This program is for Windows XP and Windows 2000 only. ATF Cleaner will remove all files from the items that are checked so if you have some cookies you'd like to save. Please move them to a different directory first.

    * Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
    * Under Main choose: Select All
    * Click the Empty Selected button.

    If you use Firefox browser

    * Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
    * Click the Empty Selected button.
    o NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

    If you use Opera browser

    * Click Opera at the top and choose: Select All
    * Click the Empty Selected button.
    o NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

    Click Exit on the Main ATF Cleaner menu to close the program.

    Now tell me exactly what problems you are having.
