need help please!

    Reinstalled windows and drivers last night with dell tech support. Ran trend micro housecall and have 60 vulnerabilities and three spyware (at least) and am completely confused after reading posts here.
    Trend micro listed fixes for each vulnerability, such as MS03-001 and when I clicked on that page, I was lost.

    Sounds as if you need to surf in to windows updates and get updated. If your running WinXP you need to install Service Pack 2 with all critical updates.
