Need Help Removing ADWARE_MEMWATCHER

Ever since I ran a online scan with Trend-Micro Housecall Anti-virus it keeps detecting the same Adware (ADWARE_MEMWATCHER) and when I click on Clean/Remove it fails to remove it. The program freezes up. I ran housecall 5 X'S once in the safe mode but it keeps comming back and I can't delete/Remove it. I ran 5 other top of the line online scanners and they all came up clean. Can someone PLEASE HELP ME REMOVE THIS ADWARE

However, I suspect that if you just reboot into safemode and run Housecall from there - it should get it.
