Need Help Removing Viruses - Thanks

A friend recommended that I go to Symantec and run a free virus scan and to download HijackThis and do a scan after I told them I thought I had a virus. The results of the two scans are below:

Your computer is pretty badly infected with a number of different things. I'm changing your inline logs to an attachment. We can spot some things with HijackThis, but can't rely on it solely to fix things, because it simply isn't comprehensive enough. Please work through the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST and attach the requested logs. You will probably find some relief from the symptoms as you go, but even if these scans appear to remove all the malware, there's often a few files left that need to be removed manually, so we'd like to see them when you're done.
