Need help setting up game online game through firewall

Can someone walk me through this? I am trying to set up an online game and I am not sure how to allow certain ports I need through my computer firewall and router.

My computer is running Windows 7 Home Premium editition and is a Dell Vostro 3700 (Laptop) with a 32 bit system.

I have a McFee Security Scan System and the basic Windows Security System that came with my computer.

The game uses the following ports
TCP -80, 443,13500-13599, 32600-32699
UDP- 3658
