Need help to remove computer linked to me.

    Please review the different scans I have done. I have been fighting this thing for over a year and need someone with knowledge of these specific operating files to determine how this thing is gettimg into my computer. I have reformatted over 400 times and I think it is in the master boot record. I think it is tunnelling through IPV6 and I am accessing the internet through his computer and or IP address.
    Please Help!
