I am suspecting on one of my employee. I know one of my business competitor is talking to hire her. I am worry that she would copy all my working files and bring it to my competitor. I have to give her access to the file so she can do the work. But those files contain some number that my competitor wants. Is there software out there that I can keep track of my file that access, modify, delete, or copy it only like other sources? She only accesses a few files per day if she access thirty + files on the same day she must have copy it. I just wonder if I can track my file and know who doing what to it.

    Please help.

    Thank you,

MS software has built in tracking check your pull downs and can be set for a you see only. You can and probably should (sooner than later) create a second file that only includes the fields with links to the original file for that individual and any if not all current or future employee.
Their on a need to know status is your best asset.
