Need Help Trojan & Alcan Worm

Yeasterday I noticed my pc had slowed down, then my lime wire would't shut down. So I went to delete it out of add and remove and I got a pop up message that said to shut the program down then try to remove again. I tried to go into control alt delete to shut it down in processes and it wouldn't let me get in.
So a friend of mine recomended for me to download Spyware Doctor, Registry Mechanic and PC Tools Anti Virus and run them. When I did it found trojan & alcan.
I think I have removed trojan but alcan I'm not to sure.
I am still unable to get into my control alt delete but everything else is running better and I seem to have alot more space after running these programs.
I do need some help in getting my control alt delete to work again can anyone help?

Please follow the below steps to get your computer into a workable state. If you have problems with any of the steps don't hesitate to ask for further help by replying to this thread. Good luck!

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.


After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis:

When you return to make your next post make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)

Panda Scan
HijackThis
