need help uninstalling combofix and/or CA ISS 2010

I made some errors trying to uninstall both of these programs and need some help to completely uninstall them. First, I was using combofix from the root of the drive instead of the desktop. Now I can not use combofix from the desktop and I am assuming it is b/c the first case of combofix needs to be uninstalled. Second, CA internet security suite 2010 was not staying turned-off so I tried to uninstall it. no luck. So I used their uninstaller(from their website). no luck. I kept getting an error that I did not have permission to install the parental controls plugins (or something to that effect). I looked on line and found out I need to change the permissions to a folder in the registry. After I did that there were no problems, but soon after I was having problems with my internet connection. The browsers kept crashing. After figuring out, the CA addon was the cause, the browsers went back to work. Soon after this, the internet connection was completely gone and I believe it might be CA b/c the firewall is still working. But i can not change the settings b/c the firewall can not be installed nor uninstalled. I caused all these problems b/c I thought I had malware on my comp but found out from majorGeeks malware removal section that I didnt have anything to begin with.


if someone can help, thanks in advance.

btw- I tried importing saved registries, but nothing changed.
