Need Help Updating a Website

Hello,
I am trying to update a website link. This is set up through task scheduler. For reference, it worked yesterday. It wasn't updating. Learned later that it was simply that Dreamweaver set the wrong destination file. Ran TS after tinkering with it a bit as I thought that is where the problem was. Today it won't work. It is giving me the 0x1 error.

Basically I wrote a script that would ftp a Word document saved as HTM into the webserver. This is not through a single computer. I Remote Log into a server running Windows Server 2012 to run the Task Scheduler. I am reasonably certain it is something simple in the setting of Task Scheduler. Looking for some help.
