hi. I'm a newbie at building pc's and i'm having some trouble configuring my hardware. Here's what I have:

    Processor - AMD Athlon™ 64 4800+ Processor Retail (939) Dual Core

Motherboard - DFI LANPARTY UT NF4 SLI-DR Expert Motherboard (939)

    RAM - 2048 PQI PC3200 400MHz DDR Dual Channel Series (2X1024MB) Turbo

    Graphics - 2x XFX GeForce 7900GTX OC 512meg DDR3 Dual DVI VIVO PCI-E(675Mhz)Xtreme

    Hard Drives - 2x Seagate SATAII NCQ 300GB 7200RPM 16mb Cache

Here are my problems (sorry if they are stupid questions...I am a newbie)

(1)My C: Drive is only using one of the hard drives. How do I make it so it uses the other one?

(2)In nvidia display settings, i put my two cards into Sli, but when i exit, it goes back to normal. I am unable to check the Sli peformance because of this. Is this an issue with the drivers, or something else? Is there a way to fix this?

(3)On 3Dmark06, i get a really bad score for my cpu. I've looked at other people's scores and they are getting heaps better than me with worse hardware, even without overclocking. I think this is because i haven't sent the cpu to run in dual core. If so, how do i set it? If not, why isn't it running at full capacity?

Thanks in advance for helping me out.

If you're these drives are supposed to be in a Raid 0 configuration, consult your motherboard manual on what key you press at startup to enter your raid configuration utility (my motherboard is F4 at the startup)

Be sure that you have the latest drivers, check nvidia's website for them. also, if you have an "EZ-selector" card on your motherboard, be sure that it is set for "Dual Cards" not "Single Card". You may also want to check your BIOS to be sure it dosen't have any stock settings disabling SLi

Again, check your BIOS, make sure there are not default restrictions on the CPU. If you've got good cooling on it, don't be afraid to OC it a bit. Be sure that windows is reading the right Ghz speed (Right click on "My computer", click "proporties" it should tell you your processor's speed in Ghz. And as for 3dmark06, don't be discouraged, some people lie.
