Need help with a spyware problem

    I ran Windows defender. It came up with three problems. They are all in my system volume information. They are webhancer, NewDotNet, and WhenU.SaveNow. I hope that that is enough information, let me know if you need more.

    i did exatly what you tlod me. I turned my system resore back on an rebooted my computer. When I went to listen to some music my volume was skipping. or cutting in and out

    Your first message was about removing malware from System Restore.

    What does your current statement have to do with this?

    I thought that my volume was cutting out because of the spy ware. because it said that they were in my system volume contorole.

    Anything in System Restore would have nothing to do with your volume because it is not being used. It would only be used if restored, but we removed all restore points when we disabled it. We did this so that Windows Defender could remove problems that were found in System Restore. None of this has anything to do with your music volume.

    Something else running on your system could. What type of files are you playing are they on CD or on the harddisk? This may not be malware at all. The only way to know is for you to do what I gave you in message # 2
