My wife's computer recently started having a problem with popup windows in Chrome, mainly on shopping sites. The windows are specific to each site and usually offer special deals or discounts for completing a survey. The address flashes www.hpylgr.com and immediately redirects to the popup. All the windows have a box at the bottom with the Arcade Parlor logo. As far as we know, we haven't had any dealings with Arcade Parlor and we don't recall installing or updating anything right before the pops started appearing. The problem appears to be specific to Chrome. Nothing shows up in the browser extensions. We have the Norton suite running as our main protection and nothing unusual ever shows up, just the usual tracking cookies and the occasional intercept. Spybot and MalwareBytes report nothing.

The computer is an hp Probook running Win 7 Professional.
