need help with browser hijacker

    yo. I have this nasty browser hijacker that likes to slow things down and post annoying blah blah about spyware on my comp through ads and pop up tabs. I find that it is putting these strange .dll's that are gibberish in my system32 folder that are running in my system processes. When I pull these out of the folder everything is cool for a couple hours and then two nonsensical ones pop right back up. Ran a bunch of things but nothing comes up. Smitfraud does nothing. Please help. thanks
