Need Help with CWS.Msconfd

I am having trouble with a CoolWebSearch Virus. my symptoms are this. When restarting my computer I get a popup on the rightside of my screen that runs verticaly and is an add for Gambling Pharmacy Insurance XXX Dating. And when I run a scan I get Adware_BHJK_Coolwebsearch which my CWShreeder says is a CWS.Msconfd.. When I try to shreed this CWS.Msconfd I get a blue screen which tells me windows shut down because it detectted a problem and that I needed to reboot. Of course when I reboot the cycle starts all over again. I tryed everything in Read & Run Me first thread and still getting this garbage... Help please!!!
