Need help with FRST, got Alureon virus, used Windows Offline Defender, now can't boot

I saw a similar thread about this. Windows Defender told me that I had the Alureon virus and needed to run the Windows Offline Defender. I did this and now my computer won't boot. I downloaded and ran FRST and got a log file, but I see that I need a fix file and don't know how to generate that to run the "Fix" option. Can anyone help? I am attaching my FRST log file.

Welcome to Major Geeks!

Download this >> View attachment fixlist.txt

Save fixlist.txt to your flash drive.

You should now have both fixlist.txt and FRST64.exe on your flash drive.

Now reboot back into the System Recovery Options as you did previously.
Run FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt).
Please attach this to your next message. (See how to attach)

Now see if you can boot into normal Windows.

You're welcome. Based upon what I saw in that one log, it would be a good idea for you to work thru the below now to make sure no other malware is hanging around.
