Need Help with Highjack this log!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can anyone help me out?

• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

I have tried everything on that page, plus some others that weren't listed.......I already had ad-aware....I use norton 2005....nothing finds it!!! That's why I ended up trying highjack....when I start my computer the winfixer 2005 starts in my processes and tells me the current application is not available. If you try to search on the internet you will get bad popups and then it will eventually try to install itself again...... then freezes and you have to shut down to get your computer moving again. If you turn the process off then you are fine. I am posting my highjack this log, in hopes of some help....thanks.

 

I understand your frustration but you must follow the steps I provide for you. Your HJT log shows no signs of the online scans being ran. Please go back and run these online scans. After you complete the online scans procede with the below steps. Please do not skip the online scans as they are important to the cleaning process.
