Need help with Hijack profile

Hello,

This site is awsome, I went through the directions to remove viruses, trojans, and spyware. It helped for the most, but my computer is still taking longer than usual to boot up, and what is the most annoying is this internet explorer page that keeps popping up blank. I have attached a file of things that may be an infection, I downloaded and used hi-jack this, as well as spy bot and destroy, ad a ware, avg and fire fos ( I dont know what the firefox is for). please help me.
