Need help with Hijackthis

    I have ran Hijackthis. Here is the logfile. Can anyone decipher it and tell me what needs to be done next?

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

    Please work through the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST and attach the requested logs. Your computer does have malware in it which can be seen in your HijackThis log, but to remove it completely we need the information supplied by the logs from the READ & RUN ME.
