Need help with malware and other crap!

hi my computer has recently been infected with some sort of malware i believe i ran avg and it found over 40 something viruses and spyware it deleted them but i am still haveing troubles my desk top screeen says i am infected with spyware and there is a link that brings u to software to fix it i try to go to the control panel and it says file path not found and it does that with other programs also when i go to alt ctrl dlt it says disabled by administrator and no other programs work the only thing i can get to work it mozilla firefox internet explorer give me critical errors now scince avg said it got rid of all the spyware and viruses i dont think my avg is letting me delete them from the computer.
