    Hi there,
Once again I need help :)

I'm attaching all the logs except Root Repeal, I got two errors while running that utility and attached them both in a word document.

Thanks in advance for your help,

    Leah

The cleaning procedure took care of most of your issues. We just have a little registry tweak to do.

Copy the bold text below to notepad. Save it as fixme.reg to your desktop. Be sure the "Save as" type is set to "all files" Once you have saved it double click it and allow it to merge with the registry.
Make sure that you tell me if you receive a success message about adding the above
to the registry. If you do not get a success message, it definitely did not work.

Now run Ccleaner. Only use the Run Cleaner button. Do not run anything else on any other forms.

Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista or Win7, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator).

    Then attach the below log:
    • C:\MGlogs.zip
Make sure you tell me how things are working now!

Internet explorer starts a bit quicker but pages are taking over 30 seconds to load (the homepage for example). And if I click to open a new tab it takes 30 seconds.

Outlook is definately running fast than it was. So it just seems to be Internet Explorer that is still quite slow.

I just wanted to clarify that if I click on one of my favourites, the page opens in a few seconds. It's only when I initially open explorer or open a new tab that it takes over 30 seconds.

    Thanks!!

Probably normal load times based on the Add-ons and other software you are running.

Shut down all IE sessions and right click on the IE icon on your Desktop and select Start Without Add-ons

Now see what the performance is like.

God, I had no idea... I did that and everything is super fast now.

Can you please tell me where I find a list of these add-ons or how to get rid of them?

    Thank you!!!!

Click on Tools -> Manage Add-ons

You have a pile of toolbars from Adobe, Google, Windows Live etc. I would uninstall ALL toolbars and other Google addins. You can discuss these and other non-malware issues in the Software Forum. But from the Manage Addons area you can selectively enable and disable various ones and see which are the primary issues.
