    Welcome to Major Geeks!

Your problems began when you installed Messenger Plus! 3 which we specially stated in step 1 of the READ ME should be uninstalled. It gave you a LOP infection.

    Uninstall Messenger Plus! 3 now.

Also uninstall this old Sun Java version: Java(TM) 6 Update 3

Make sure you reboot after uninstalling the above!

After reboot, now install the current version of Sun Java from: Sun Java Runtime Environment

Run C:\MGtools\analyse.exe by double clicking on it. This is really HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:

    O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {0B53EAC3-8D69-4b9e-9B19-A37C9A5676A7} - (no file)
    O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {C4069E3A-68F1-403E-B40E-20066696354B} - (no file)

    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.

Copy the bold text below to notepad. Save it as fixme.reg to your desktop. Be sure the "Save as" type is set to "all files" Once you have saved it double click it and allow it to merge with the registry.
Now download The Avenger by Swandog46, and save it to your Desktop.
    • Extract avenger.exe from the Zip file and save it to your desktop
    • Run avenger.exe by double-clicking on it.
    • Check the 'Input script manually' box.
    • Click on the magnifying glass icon.
    • Copy everything in the Quote box below, and paste it in the box that opens:
    • Now click the 'Done' button.
    • Click on the traffic light icon and OK the prompt.
    • You will be prompted to restart, OK the prompt and your PC should reboot, if not, reboot it yourself.
    • A log file from Avenger will be produced at C:\avenger.txt

    Now run Ccleaner!

Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it. Then attach the new C:\MGlogs.zip file that will be created by running this and also attach the log from Avenger.

Make sure you tell me how things are working now!

According to your last logs, this file did not exist. Are you saying it now came back and something is detecting it? What is detecting it? Is it still being detected? What malware problems are you currently experiencing?

You will have to attach a new MGlogs.zip file after running C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat again since your last log does not show this file.

It is very hard finding things from your logs because for some reason it appears like you have installed loads (thousands of files) of stuff all on Jan 3, 2008 which makes finding new additions very difficult. What did you do on Jan 3rd? Also have you been trying to tweak your tcpip.sys file?

    The below file looks questionable:
    Code:

    "C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\"
    nwlnkf~1.sys 17 Jan 2008 86144 "nwlnkfwdd.sys"
