Need Help with my Acer Wireless setup

Ok Acer aspire 5315

Ok here is the deal Running Xo 32 bit

I am getting a Signal from My Wireless Router linksys wrt54g it is showing up on my lapy just fine the signal is saying its a excellent Connection.

But its not connecting through the IE or Firefox and i have no idea way.

I got a message about cleaning the arp cache but i have no i dea what that is.

I know about the IpConfig stuff and all of the but never heard of this cleaning the arp cache

I am not sure if this is blocking the signal or the web browsers.

I am getting the
ip address
and
subnet mask

but the
default gateway
seems to be missing
And so is
connection specific dns suffix

 

Took me over an hour but i finally got it working.
