Need help with older PC

I have a few old pcs I am working on and want to set up a fairly good one for my mom to play games on.
The one I am working on says this when I turn it on?

It does not resume when pressign F! and F2 goes into Setup thenstill does not work.
Can you help?

May be a hardware failure. Had a harddrive take a dump and do that to me.

 

Try unplugging all the drives, and printer, and any peripherals from the mobo except, the video, keyboard, and mouse, then see what you get.

Make sure your system memory is seated right.

Let us know what you get.
