    HI

I'm in the clan of throwing a very good quality PSU into a PC at all times, its an area many overlook and go cheap and DO NOT, I added a Zalman 1000w to my current PC and with its modular cables its neat, HUGE but neat and will cover any updates to PC, so think of future and not just scraping by with power requirements for current hardware.

    @Bill great calculator.

550 - 650W+ from a good quality maker - Seasonic, XFX or the better Corsair ranges. 650+ would be safer and allow more headroom for any future expansion.

    THANKS BILL! :D

It sai's that i need 557w and my overclock wattage is 140w so do i have to add 140 to it or not?

    Many thanks

If you pressed the overclock button before you calculated the wattage then no.
I would go with a 650 watt PSU and that should cover it but if you want to be sure that you have room to upgrade components at some future point put a 750 watt in.

I would go with the extra 750w just to give you room to expand in the future, never can have enough power in a PC and do make sure you get a good branded PSU, Corsair, Zalman, Enermax, OCZ, etc do not ge a no-mane brand to save money as in the long term it will come back to haunt you.

What do you mean by ''it will come back to haunt'' me?
You mean the PSU its self will break down/not work or it will damage my system?

    Many thanks

Also would a CiT or a powercool power supply be good or not?

    Hi

A good branded PSU will always work well, no name brands will likely work ok but may nit supply best power requirements to a PC. I always suggest users to get a good named brand PSU as in the one's I mentioned earlier.

CiT I dont know them so for me its a brand I would not use, they maybe great but they are unproven to me so not a brand I would use.

Ok :) thank you very much for that :D

Also 1 last question which graphics card is better:
ASUS 1GB nVIDIA GTX 560 TI DirectCU II
EVGA 1GB nVIDIA GTX 560 TI DS SuperClocked

    Many thanks
