need help with removing deadly malware!

So recently my computer has been running EXTREMELY slow and i cannot access some websites on the internet (things where i have to log in like email). I ran spybot and kept running into something called virtumonde everytime my computer started up, and after i deleted it, all my websites would work. now, i run spybot, it doesn't even pick up virtumonde, but some websites still don't work. i tried using spyware doctor and paretologic anti-spyware but the problem still persists. attached is a hijackthis 2.02 log. thanks for the help!
