need help with setting up fax via mobile phone

freak! this is frustrating! i am using a sony ericson T610 mobile handset and an Acer ferrari 3200(win XP Pro) notebook. I am trying to configure the fax capabilities, but cant figure it out. I have installed sony's software with no luck and have enabled the fax service in winxp. reading up information in various pages has led nowhere. I want to send a fax using my bluetooth or Infrared enabled phone. In the fax console under tools only my modem is visible to use as a device for sending faxes. Can anyone help me out? Sony's software came with a dial up networking wizard tool, when i run it my phone isn't found. i think part of the problem is i dont know the lingo. can anyone provide me with any help - please include terminology that i should look up inorder to understand. cheers.
