Hi, I recently had a problem with malware and got that all cleared up. I lost my sound because of the virus and now that the virus is gone I still don't have sound. I use a USB headset. Any ideas as to whats causing this? I checked mute and the sliders and they all are normal.

    Greetings, Admiral Adama...

My first thought would be to uninstall/reinstall your audio drivers...list your OS, Service Packs, and type of computer and audio hardware, and I'm sure someone here can help you...
