Need help with unins000.exe

Every time I click on an icon i get the pop up that asks if I want to send that file to the recycle bin, yes or no. When I click no another and another..... window pops up. I some times get as many as 50 of these. Also when I use my e-mail(yahoo) it will move all of my inbox items to the trash folder..I have Mcafee and it says my system is clean but I know this is not right. I really hate to buy another virus protector if there is another option. Any and all help will be appreciated.

Forgot to mention that I have done a complete restore since this started and that didn't help

If you have done a System Restore to a point in time BEFORE where this problem began then it is unlikely to be a malware issue. If you want to find out for sure if your PC has malware, continue on with the below.

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions. If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going. Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.
