need help with virus :(

hey, i downloaded a file called SteamInstall_CS.exe off some file-mirror site and another file too and now when I open the folder i saved them into, the folder freezes.. and when i scan the folder Kaspersky freezes when it gets to them and Ive updated Kasperskey several times. I got HijackThis and this is the log... Someone pleeeeeeease help!!

We require that our standard cleaning procedures be done before a HijackThis log is posted. When posting HijackThis logs they are to be posted as an ATTACHMENT, never pasted into your post. You have HijackThis installed incorrectly.

Also you are running no Firewall and Anti-Virus programs and your sustem is way out of date.

Please follow the steps below:

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis:
